Day 23 - Jen

Yes Ladies,

We are now on day 23 if I'm not mistaken. We've fallen behind pretty badly so I figured I'd give the page a fresh new start (since its easter and spring and all that great stuff)

So for bfast I had a bowl of cereal.

This morning at around 10:30 I went to the gym and did my 45 minutes of cardio.
Lunch:
Tuna sandwich from subway with some low-fat chips things, and water.
Snack:
A little bit of rice with broccoli (does that count as a snack tho lol?)
Dinner:
Beef Pattie

D A Y # 16, 17, 18???????

I'm starting over this week. I really don't remember anything I ate. All I can tell you all is that some was great, some was crap. My goal for the next to weeks is to make it below 160lbs. 159lbs here I come!

Day 16- Nayrobi

Breakfast: 4 crackers & cream cheese

Lunch: a little bit of white rice & fried fish... I know, not great, but meh...

Dinner: I had breakfast for dinner, two pancakes, low fat, 1 egg, and some fresh strawberries.

No gym today...meant to, but just didn't have the time.

Day 14, Day 15 - Jen

Day 14 - - - - one word. Bad. i did have the new salmon nicoise salad fro au bon pain which was reallllyyyy good.

Day 15 - - - - one word. Better
...bagel. lil bit of rice beans + chicken. multigrain spinach pizza (yes like, multigrain wheat bread. they eat healthy ((and expensive)) in Manhasset)..beans, cabagge, chicken, carrots---> after the gym.

Day 15- Nayrobi

Ok, I'm trying better today:

breakfast- 4 crackers with two very thin slices of genoa salami and half a glass of orange juice

lunch- chipotle salad & water

Gym tonight...I'm so tired...wedding is taking over my life.

For dinner I had tuna & baked potato...not so bad for today.

Days 11, 12, 13, 14- Nayrobi

Ok...we'll forget those days existed...

I was bad...

I was very, very bad...

Days 12 , 13, 14 - Anabel

Okay it's becoming difficult to remember which day is which...may be a sign that I should post more often, but so busy at times. Will try that mobile posting thingy Jen suggested.

Breakfast: Cheerios
Lunch: Cookies and milk
Dinner: Majarete (Corn Pudding) with a German Malt (non-alcoholic) "Malta Alemana"
Snack: Prunes, 1 1/2 Slice of Pizza and 1/2 a coke can

Breakfast: Yogurt with granola and strawberries in syrup and a home-made strawberry milk shake
Lunch: Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots
Dinner: Cookies and milk

Breakfast: Cheerios
Snack: one grape fruit,
Lunch: Swiss Cheese with Tomatoes, Ketchup and Mayo on Italian hero and a cup of cofee
Dinner: Fruit Cocktail, Wheat bread toast with Dijon Mustard, Swiss Cheese and Salami
