Day 16- Nayrobi

Breakfast: 4 crackers & cream cheese

Lunch: a little bit of white rice & fried fish... I know, not great, but meh...

Dinner: I had breakfast for dinner, two pancakes, low fat, 1 egg, and some fresh strawberries.

No gym today...meant to, but just didn't have the time.
