D A Y #12, #13

bfast:
piece of bread and cheese
lunch:
rice, steak, beans. a lil bit.
snack:
granola bar
dinner:
liver + onions, rice, salad
training was killerrrr. my abs hurt today for once yay!


Day 13
i didnt do too good today. work was soooooo crazy. i took a day of the gym cuz my leg was hurting me a lot i needed a break. ill be back tomorrow for my 45 minutes of cardio. today i ate crap. i dont even want to list it.
