So... maybe I've postponed writing cause I've been kinda bad. lol.

Breakfast: A hard-boiled egg with wheat toast
Lunch: Chicken Parmesan with baked potatoes and Zucchinni
Dinner/Supper: 3 slices of Pizza, 2 beers
Snacks: Chocolate Chip Cookies/Milk

Breakfast: Cheerios
Lunch: Cookies and milk (at least I got my calcium...)
Dinner/Snacks: Went to a kid's b-day party....2 cheeseburgers, large slice of cake, coke

Breakfast: Salami and Swiss cheese sandwich on wheat bread
Snacks: Almond toast Stella D'oro cookies
Dinner: Spaghetti with shrimp and a glass of Frambuesa "red" Dominican soda
