sooooooo.....im not taking the bus at 96st no more guys. deadass. i aint get home till almost 11 today cuz of the 2 train at 96th street. love walking with u all but the 6/5 train get me home in 20 minutes.

bfast: cinnamon toast crunch
lunch: italian wedding soup and small side salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a large lemonade
snack: cheezits (bad)
dinner: subway: 6 inch sub chicken breast on honey oat with lettuce, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, cucumbers and some sauce there that tasted like salad dressing.
snack: small bag of doritos (bad)
but it was another 45 minute cardio day! it makes me feel so PUMPED! I did 90 minutes of cardio so far this week. not counting my 2 hr commute to work of course.
oh n wen i came home i ate some chicken n beans cuz i was hungry.
