Day 5- Nayrobi

Yay! Day 5, I'm almost caught up.

For day 5 I had no breakfast again, and all I had for "lunch" was white rice and ox tail (which I hate). I ate it in like 30 seconds at like 7:45pm cuz I was running late to the gym. But at least I made it. I was so full during the training session though.

For "dinner" (at 11pm) I had half a ham, salami, and swiss cheese sandwich.

The workout with Chris was brutal. I was crazy tired. Still am. Here's hoping the pain will only last a day.

  1. NAYROBI!!!!! u must eat right especially on workout days!Breakfast is key, and stop swine'n dinnin no more pork on your fork! Turkey, sliced chicken breast, tuna fish, Swiss Cheese and light mayo on whole grain are your options. Lets get some healthy snacks in there too-P.T. Chris aka The Sledgehammer;{
