D A Y #5, #6

ahhh im so behind

Day 5 - i really dont remember sorry. lemme think. didnt go to work...oh yeah.
breakfast: turkey, cheese, wheat bread
lunch: tuna, rice, salad
dinner: pork chops, rice, beans

training was fun!

Day 6 -
Breakfast: bread w/cheese and orange milk:
Apple
Lunch: rice, beans, a liver (mmmm)
Dinner: fish, broccoli, carrots

did 45 minutes of cardio at the Ballys in queenz. and dont worry im only eating tiny bits of rice.

MY LEGS FEEL LIKE JELLO!
